48°42.550N - 001°50.715W

The Site
The Pointe du Grouin is the northernmost point of the old city of Cancale. It juts out towards the Pierre-de-Herpin Lighthouse. This point is used to draw the starting line for the yacht race called the "Route du Rhum."

Beware, the Pointe du Grouin is an extremely touristed area. Be prudent as you search for the treasure to avoid being spotted by any non-geocachers (muggles).

The treasure is near the coordinates 48°42.599N - 001°50.627W.

As you leave the Pointe du Grouin, head towards Saint-Malo and you will find a beach about 800 meters away. A great way to relax after your strenuous efforts!
